Shipping Information:
We ship both within the United States and Globally.  Once your order is received, it will be processed and shipped out on our end within 1-2 business days via first class mail.   

Return Policy:
Unless your curriculum is damaged or defective, we do not accept returns.  In the case of a damaged or defective cd or dvd, you will be shipped a replacement cd or dvd at no charge.

Downloadable Curriculum:
A link to download will be sent to your specified email address within 10 minutes following your order for all curriculum that is downloadable. No shipping charges will be added to your order for downloadable curriculum. If you ordered products for download and you do not receive an email containing the download instructions, then check your e-mailbox spam filter or bulk mail folder for the message from "14:6 Ministries". If you still cannot find the message, then contact us here and let us know -- we will respond to you as soon as we can.
